We decided to try the Work Mindfulness Deck in our weekly team huddles, and it’s been great! The prompts really encourage us to share our thoughts and feelings. It’s helped boost morale a lot, too!

Helpful, but needs clearer instructions
The Work Mindfulness Deck has some good exercises, but I found the instructions a bit confusing at times. It took me a while to figure out how to guide my team properly. Still, the concept is solid, and I think it can be very beneficial.
