The written activities in the Student Activities Manual offer practice on every point of structure in the unit and culminate in a suggested composition that features a processoriented writing approach and also incorporates webbased research. A realiabased writing activity completes this section. In addition, 'A l'ecran!' sections provide activities based on appropriate segments of the new video program that accompanies the Eighth Edition.
