Vilatella seinen 'Gua bsica para hablar con un joven en Espaa', der im Februar 2004 als einer der Leitartikel der sowohl von Lehrenden als auch von Lernenden der spanischen Sprache vielfach genutzten Zeitschrift Ecos erschien. Dass es neben der Standardsprache vor allem die von spanischen Jugendlichen gesprochene Variett ist, die fr eine problemlose Kommunikation mit den Altersgenossen von Bedeutung sein knnte, hat mittlerweile auch die fremdsprachendidaktische Diskussion hervorgehoben. Jugendsprache wird somit auch zum didaktisch relevanten Thema erklrt, wobei das Interesse hier mit Sicherheit in erster Linie im Verstndnis und in der Anwendung und Einbung lexikalischer Besonderheiten und Strukturen besteht. Auch die wissenschaftliche Analyse von Jugendsprache hat sich lange Zeit auf die Erstellung von Wortlisten und Lexeminventaren beschrnkt und bergreifende Fragestellungen nicht in den Blick genommen. Vor allem das Verhltnis der Sprache von Jugendlichen zur Standardvariett einerseits und zur Umgangssprache bzw. zum sprachlichen Substandard andererseits erscheint fr die Untersuchung von Jugendsprache jedoch von uerst groer Bedeutung. Diesem Verhltnis nachzugehen und Berhrungspunkte zwischen Jugendsprache einerseits und der Variett des Substandards andererseits, sowohl allgemein als auch auf einzelsprachlicher Ebene, aufzuzeigen, ist das Ziel dieser Arbeit. Da die Wortbildung in der Forschungsliteratur immer wieder als fr die jugendsprachliche Variettenkonstitution bedeutender Prozess benannt wird, sollen die Verfahren der Wortbildung in der spanischen Jugendsprache auch den Schwerpunkt dieser Arbeit darstellen.
