I was really looking forward to reading this volume, but it arrived with a bent cover. It’s hard to enjoy it when the physical condition is poor. Hoping for a better experience next time!

A thrilling read for X-Men fans!
I just finished vol. 2 of X-Men by Jed Mackay, and wow, it was a great ride! The story is full of action and twists, plus the artwork is stunning. If you're into comics, you need to check this one out!

Best comic in the series so far!
I can't get enough of the X-Men by Jed Mackay series! Volume 2 really amps up the drama and character development. The cliffhangers at the end of each chapter kept me turning pages. Highly entertaining!

Artwork is fantastic, story not so much
The illustrations in this volume are absolutely gorgeous! However, the story felt a little disjointed. I expected more based on the first volume. If you love the artwork and don't mind some plot hiccups, it's still enjoyable.

Solid storyline but a bit slow
I liked some parts of Hostile Takeover, but honestly, it dragged a bit for me. The characters are true to form, and there are some epic scenes, but I felt certain plots could've been tighter. Still worth a read if you love X-Men!
