Dies geschieht sehr anschaulich und vor dem Hintergrund persnlicher Erfahrungen der Verfasserin im genannten Berufsumfeld. In Kap. 4 beleuchtet die Autorin den Ausbildungsstand von Notariatsmitarbeitern, sowie die Anforderungen an ihre Qualifikation und untersucht konsequenterweise insbesondere die fr eine effektive Arbeits und Broorganisation relevanten Inhalte der entsprechenden Ausbildungsordnungen. Im Ergebnis umreit die Autorin gewissermaen einen Katalog personeller und rumlicher Anforderungen fr Notariate. Im Kap. 5 wird mit einem selbst entwickelten, auf alle Brobereiche anwendbaren Grundsatzsystem" ein Lsungsansatz zur Effizienzsteigerung entwickelt und am Beispiel erklrt. Im folgenden Abschnitt (Kap. 6) diskutiert die Autorin die Mglichkeit der Einfhrung von Informations, Wissens und Qualittsmanagement in Notariaten. Hierbei zeigt sich einmal mehr die ausgeprgte Fhigkeit der Autorin, komplexe Sachverhalte auf hohem theoretischem Niveau zielgerichtet, auerordentlich grndlich und zugleich praxisbezogen und mit Freude am Detail zu durchdenken. Eine Definition formaler Verwaltungsautomatisierung wird folgerichtig in Kap. 7 von der Autorin selbst entwickelt und vorgestellt. Branchentypische Standardsoftware sowie zeitgeme Technologien werden erlutert, auf ihre Einsatzmglichkeiten geprft, Vor und Nachteile der Einfhrung z.B. der elektronischen Akte" erschpfend und anschaulich am Beispiel von groen Bauprojekten dargelegt.
