I picked up this book to explore mindfulness, and it has been quite enlightening. The concepts are relatable, but some parts felt repetitive. Still, it’s a worthwhile read for anyone wanting to simplify their life, especially in our busy culture.

Nice Book, Wish for More Depth
I liked The Art of Simple Living, but I was hoping for more in-depth examples. It’s a good introduction to the topic, though! The Telugu language made it feel more personal to me. Just a bit more detail would have made it perfect.
