In dem folgenden Beitrag wird die Rechtsfrage errtert, in welcher Konstellation ein materiell rechtliches nderungsgesetz zu einem Gesetz, das ursprnglich mit der Zustimmung des Bundesrates ergangenes ist, erneut der Zustimmung des Bundesrates bedarf. Diese Rechtfrage wird am Beispiel der beabsichtigten nderung des Atomgesetzes behandelt.
