So folgen hier auf die Darstellung einiger wissenschaftlicher Positionen zum Roman eine kurze Darstellung der Diskurstheorie und eine Darstellung der Theorie Judith Butlers, deren dekonstruktivistischer Feminismus den zentralen Anknpfungspunkt an den im Roman aufgenommenen GenderDiskurs darstellt. Auerdem wird hier kurz der wissenschaftliche Begriff der PopLiteratur vorgestellt, der der Roman zuzuordnen ist. Des Weiteren wird auch die besondere im Roman verwendete SamplingTechnik erlutert. Darauf folgt eine nhere Analyse des Textes in Bezug auf verschiedene Themenkomplexe. Diese Analyse kann dabei keinen Anspruch auf Vollstndigkeit erheben, da die Vielschichtigkeit des Textes es nicht zulsst, ihn in dieser Arbeit vollstndig zu erfassen. Vielmehr wurde der Versuch unternommen, bestimmte prgnante Motive und Themen im Text besonders herauszustellen. Die Konzentration auf den GenderDiskurs bringt es auch mit sich, dass andere Diskurse, die im Roman durchaus auch eine groe Rolle spielen, vernachlssigt werden mussten. Da der GenderDiskurs im vorliegenden Werk aber eine besondere Rolle spielt, ist die Konzentration auf diesen einen Diskurs sinnvoll und kann zu umfassenden Ergebnissen fhren.
