Jahrhundert hat und fr das aktuelle Kunstgeschehen noch immer relevant ist. Die Arbeit ist in hohem Mae methodologisch reflektiert und erreicht dadurch eine problemorientierte Darstellungsform ohne sich in Einzelheiten zu verlieren. Jeder Schritt der Darstellung wird begrndet und zeugt von der hervorragenden Kenntnis der fr das Thema relevanten Literatur. Die Autorin ist jederzeit in der Lage, einen genuin kulturwissenschaftlichen Ansatz zur Anwendung kommen zu lassen unter Bercksichtigung der international aufgefcherten Literatur. Die Verschrnkung der unterschiedlichen Forschungsperspektiven hat in dieser Arbeit zu einem fr den deutschsprachigen Raum beraus interessanten Ergebnis gefhrt, einer Rekonstruktion der Genese des literarischen Feldes in einer Forschungstradition, die noch am Anfang steht, gleichwohl aber viel versprechende Perspektiven aufweist.
