Der bedeutendste in diesem Sinne rationierte Markt ist sicher der Sozialwohnungsmarkt, ber den bedrftigen Familien in begrenztem Umfang Wohnraum zu besonders gnstigen Mieten zur Verfgung gestellt wird. Andere Beispiele fr solche Rationierungsformen sind die Vergabe von Bezugsmarken fr Lebensmittel, Heizmaterial, Kleidung zu Sonderpreisen oder die Organisation von verbilligten Erholungsaufenthalten fr bedrftige Familien. Die letzten Jahre lassen eine zunehmende Inanspruchnahme solcher staatlicher Subventionsprogramme infolge der unbefriedigenden wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung auch in den meisten Industrielndern des Westens beobachten.
