Der Autor erarbeitet einen Neuansatz, der sich entscheidend an der Definition des EGBinnenmarktes und dem Verstndnis nationaler Identitt der Mitgliedstaaten orientiert. Im Ergebnis lsst sich feststellen, dass ein Handelshemmnis dann zu bejahen ist, wenn allein die berschreitung einer europischen Binnengrenze bereits eine Erhhung der Stckkosten fr eine Ware bedingt. Die unternehmerische Entscheidung fr ein grenzberschreitendes Engagement wird behindert.
